Thank you for shopping with SKINNAX. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.
Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
Domestic Shipping (Pakistan Only) We currently ship within Pakistan only. Standard delivery takes 2–4 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
Shipping Charges
- Orders above PKR 5,250 qualify for free shipping.
- Orders below PKR 5,250 will incur a standard shipping fee, which will be calculated at checkout.
Delays While we strive to meet all delivery timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to courier issues, weather conditions, or high order volumes. SKINNAX is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services.
Order Tracking Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to monitor your delivery.
